We’re temporarily extending the cooling off period (1 April – 29 June)
With everything feeling a little up in the air right now, we wanted to take the pressure off your travel plans and give you a bit more breathing room to decide.
For a limited time, we’re extending our cooling-off period for new bookings made outside of Final Payment.
Normally, the cooling-off period is 2 weeks from the booking date.
But for this period:
Any booking made between 1 April and 29 June
→ You can cancel anytime up until 29 June (or your Final Payment Date — whichever comes first)
→ You’ll receive your deposit refunded in full
Once the Final Payment Date passes, the usual terms apply.
If your trip’s Final Payment Date falls before 29 June, that’s when your extended cooling-off period will end.
So if there’s a trip you’ve got your eye on, you can go ahead and secure your spot, knowing your place (and your deposit) is safe while you take your time to decide.
